Concerning the need to develop a method of determining the economic efficiency of forensic examinations in the aspect of court making return returns

Abstract

The need to solve the question of the lack of approaches to determining the economic efficiency of forensic examinations in view of the decision to refund to the national budget is considered, which will allow to strengthen the interaction of the court, executive bodies and forensic expert institutions, comprehensively assess the activities of each participant and identify ways to improve their effectiveness. To determine economic efficiency, it is proposed to use an integrated taxonomic indicator, which will help to qualitatively assess the level of efficiency by economic indicators and promptly respond to changes in its components.
