Criminological Research On Modern Vandalism In Ukraine

Abstract

The article is dedicated to research on modern vandalism in Ukraine from the perspective of criminology. Both official statistical information and results of authors’ own research have been analyzed. It has been proven that modern vandalism in Ukraine should be criminalized and its signs included in the Criminal Code as aggravating circumstances. Researchers have drawn a general conclusion about the need for further research on the outlined issue.
