Criminogenic Factors of Organizational and Managerial Nature as Determinants of Road Traffic Offenses

Abstract

The scientific article is devoted to the criminological analysis of criminogenic factors of an organizational and managerial nature in the system of determination complexes of road traffic offenses. Within the framework of the scientific research, the internal understanding of the essence of organizational and managerial determinants of crime, both in general and in the field of the determination complex of road traffic offenses, is analyzed. It is concluded that the criminogenic factors of an organizational and managerial nature are divided into certain subtypes: factors of a technical nature; factors of legal nature; factors of managerial nature. In this case, each of these groups of factors has an interconnected nature and complements each other, as well as within the framework of the determinative influence in the field of road traffic crimes are implemented in a complex.
