Theory of Forensic Provision of Legal Proceedings: First Step

Abstract

The article is devoted to the issue of forensic support of criminal proceedings. The purpose of this publication was to outline the general provisions of the concept of forensic support of legal proceedings as a private forensic doctrine about the laws of forensic activity at this stage of criminal procedure. As a result of performed research the author came to the conclusion that the period of quantitative accumulation of knowledge about the use of forensic means in while trial proceedings in criminal cases led to their qualitative growth that inevitably requires a transition to a new, deeper study of the essence of the object under research that is possible only in the framework of a holistic, relatively complete teaching, which should be the theory of forensic support of legal proceedings.
