The concept of lithuanian criminalistic (forensic) policy in the strategies of law enforcement institutions as a stimulus for the creation of common european area of public security

Abstract

The EU Security Strategy contains binding provisions to ensure security through the development of national activities in the areas of cooperation between law enforcement agencies and to address problems attributable to crime rate. The authors provide insights into the necessity to develop a scientific concept of the forensic policy.
